Description
This beauty definitely has seen better days but still holds some of its character under all the rust. Parked in a driveway with cobwebs on the tire, it was very obvious that she had not seen the road in a very long time. The classical front with the Chrysler signature hood ornament still gives you feel of how wonderful this 1950 Chrysler 4-Dorr Windsor must have been in its day. The bright yellow medallion is still as bright today as it was when it came off the line. Cars today all seem to blend into the same style to be aerodynamic so as to save on gas. Yesterday cars just simply looked cool and had character!

Oh this brings back memories of my father's " fishing car". It had already seen it's day when we were young; the seats were ripped, and fishing equipment filled the back seat. Once when we were driving down the highway the front hood flew right off! and we had to retrieve it. Love all of your collection of old cars and trains. So well done! L/F

Thanks Joy. I am always on the hunt but usually find structures instead of cars! LOL

This beauty is no longer immobile. I went back and found they managed to get it started to move it to the back of the lot...no more pix! Thanks for stopping by.
