Early morning contemplation on the Kanapali coast on the island of Maui in Hawaii. The huge boulders are what are left of the lava flow that roared down the mountains and crashed into the sea a long time ago. Now, one can find solitary figures sitting on them, looking out to sea while Mother Nature crashes all around
